Review request arrived before the chairs!
The tracking number for our shipment proved to be of little value, as it only told me the date they were supposed to be shipped, not where they were en route or when they would arrive. When we finally received a call that they would be delivered, they did not show up. After several phone calls, we were told they would arrive a week later. That is tomorrow, and this request for a review came today, as if they had been received. The right hand at this company does not seem to know what the left hand is doing.

Very Happy
I ordered my chairs on Black Friday and had them by Tuesday, needless to say I was blown away by the fast delivery! The chairs came packed very well, the finish is beautiful, after a detailed inspection they seem extremely well made and comfortable to sit in. I haven't owned them long enough to talk about how durable they are (that's why only 4 stars) but I will be surprised if there are any issues. The prices are great, service is amazing and I would order again.

I just received 200 of the Hercules Gold Chiavari Chairs with hard cushion for one of our wedding venues. They are better than I could have imagined, with a brilliant gold finish and shimmering ivory pad. They were also wrapped perfectly for the freight delivery. I was a little worried on the condition they would arrive in, but didn't receive a scratched/damaged chair or scuffed pad! Quickly shipped and exactly as described. Thank you for a seamless transaction.

Delicate But Sturdy
I bought one white chair to use as a desk chair for a wicker desk. It's perfect! Nice quality and the free chair pad was a nice bonus. The pad sticks to the chair after peeling a piece of paper off a sticky on the underside and it adheres to the chair. It looks like part of the chair and not just a cushion. Nice sturdy chair and great value. Its just what this desk needed. I highly recommend purchasing it.

Nice Chairs
These chairs come fully put together. The cushion is actually nice and comfortable. I removed the plastic feet and put felt on the bottom instead. The chairs look really nice. The price is insanely affordable. We are not using them to sit in for long periods of time, luckily, because both my kids said they were not very comfortable as the backs are straight. But they work perfectly well for what I wanted.

I purchased this chiavari chair for a gift. Even though it was back ordered, I still received it with time to spare for Christmas. Customer service was excellent! The chair is excellent quality and completes my daughter's vanity perfectly. I imagine an order for one of these is unusual, but I felt like a valued customer from start to finish, and definitely recommend this company!!

Great chair at a great price
I have been looking for wooden chairs with a smaller seat, less than 17", to fit under a small table in my kitchen. The Hercules white wood Chiavari chair hit the mark. The chairs are sturdy and well made, come completely put together, and fit under the table perfectly. Delivery was prompt, just a matter of days. Excellent product; excellent customer service.

Very Pleased!
We are extremely pleased with the speedy delivery of our chairs as it is peak wedding season here in East Tenn and we needed them as soon as possible.
