Item not as shown on website!!!
I ordered a Hurcules Series Heavy Duty Chair in Burgundy. On the website, it shows it with more of a dark black frame with silver brushed and dark burgundy , but it was received all silver with reddish fabric. Customer service said that it was exactly what I ordered and if I wanted to return it I would have to pay for shipping. Even though in the email customer service stated they don't sell it with a full silver frame, that it must be my lighting. 1 chair was received torn. Still waiting on the resolution for that. Would not order from BizChair again. 1st and last order.

May hold 550lbs, but not good if you're wide
At first glance, the seat cushion on this chair may seem very firm, but if you're heavy they do smush all the way down. As a result, the metal piece that runs from the seat back along the side to just below the cushion in front digs into my legs and is very painful after a short while. For anyone who is not heavy set, the cushion is very comfortable and the seat is nice and roomy. Also, the seat back goes back pretty far, practically in a reclining position. Not good for anyone with a bad back. If you're overweight and you need back support, forget this chair.

Excellent Chairs
These are awesome chairs for the price. They are very comfortable and allow people to sit in a leaned back position.(They are not adjustable, they just dont make you sit straight up which is nice) I use these for the customer waiting area for my automotive repair shop. I would highly recommend these chairs and would purchase them again. If you are in doubt, BUY THESE CHAIRS, you WONT be disappointed.

Great Group Chairs
We use these chairs for group meetings. We have owned a couple dozen for over a year and purchased a few more as needed. They are priced fairly for a good solid chair with enough comfort for a couple hour seating sessions. They get about 22 hours of use a week from various body types. Appear To Be As Sturdy As Advertised
Comments so far have been very positive and we need to be mindful that our larger clients need sturdy seating that does not have confining arms. Time will tell whether these chairs will stand the true test of abuse. The chairs we have had for a few years are falling apart at the welds and this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Great price, great product but better packing
These are great chairs for our classroom but we did have one chair damaged in shipping, thus the 3 star rating. The requirement to unpack and inspect each item before signing the delivery slip is unreasonable and not appropriate to ask a delivery service to wait while we unpack 12 chairs from four large boxes. I did not receive a reply to my request for help replacing the damaged chair.

Chair Saver
My chairs came 3 days after I ordered it which surprise me in a good way, I ordered 4 of them for my mom's house because my hefty brother has broken all of my mom's chairs. When I saw that this chair could hold up to 500 pounds I had to get it, not only is it very sturdy enough to hold up my 300 plus brother weight, its comfortable too. So I highly recommend this chair.
